This website is operated by ConferenceGraphics.com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

  1. Products & Orders

We produce custom trade show displays, event graphics, banners, and related large-format printed materials.

Because many of our products are custom-made:

  • All artwork quality and approvals are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully before approval. The proof is your final approval and contract for production.
  • Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled and will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons.

  1. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Payment must be received before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for applicable sales tax in accordance with state law.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States only. Additional shipping charges may be incurred when shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. Products considered Oversize by UPS or FedEx may incur additional fees and may require LTL freight services. All extra fees for oversized fee are the responsibility of the customer.

Address changes our error may result in additional fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly stated. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

  1. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of printed products:

  • Custom orders are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Claims for defects or damage must be submitted within 3 business days of receipt.In order to receive a reprint or refund, you must submit 3 photos including damage to the packaging/graphics.

If a product is determined to be defective due to our error, we will reprint or refund at our discretion.

  1. Artwork & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, you represent that:

  • You own the rights to the content, or
  • You have permission to reproduce it.

We are not responsible for copyright or trademark violations in submitted artwork.

Customers retain ownership of their artwork. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products and services are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.

Color variations may occur due to monitor differences, lighting conditions, and printing processes.

  1. Privacy

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Georgia.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
